About MVP Vault
MVP Vault is operated by Infihelp Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 59691320019, at Suite 302, 13/15 Wentworth Ave, Sydney, 2000, Australia. These terms apply to your use of mvpvault.app. Contact us at hello@mvpvault.app.
Marketplace Access
MVP Vault provides access to MVP listings, copy-ready prompts, setup guides, documentation, and related digital content. Paid access is offered through monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. Individual products are no longer sold separately. Products marked free remain accessible with an eligible account. Your plan determines which MVPs and content you can access.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity under your account. We may restrict access if an account is misused, used for abuse, or attempts to bypass entitlement rules.
Plans And Stripe Checkout
Monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions. Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring renewal. The price, currency, billing frequency, and included access are shown on the pricing page and at Stripe checkout. Stripe processes payments. After successful checkout, you return to your dashboard; access is activated after payment confirmation and may take a short time to appear. Payment and invoice records are available in your dashboard.
Renewals And Cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the billing frequency agreed at checkout unless cancelled. Manage your subscription through the dashboard's billing section and Stripe customer portal, or contact hello@mvpvault.app for assistance. Cancelling a recurring plan stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period shown in your account. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Access may end if payment fails, a refund is issued, or your entitlement expires, subject to applicable law.
Prompts, Guides And Permitted Use
When your account has access to an MVP, you may view and copy its available prompts and download included prompt files, documentation, and setup guides. Source-code ZIP downloads are no longer offered through MVP Vault. You may use the included content for your own projects and client work, subject to any product-specific licence and third-party terms. Do not share account access, bypass access controls, or resell, redistribute, or publish the original prompts and files as a competing library or marketplace.
Existing Purchases
Earlier individual-purchase records and existing entitlements remain associated with the relevant account. The change to subscription-only sales does not delete your billing history or exclude any rights arising from an earlier purchase. If the removal of source-code downloads affects content previously promised to you, contact hello@mvpvault.app so we can address your access or remedy request.
Refunds
Contact hello@mvpvault.app with your account email, invoice or payment reference, and the reason for your request. We assess refund and service-remedy requests according to the circumstances and applicable law. Digital delivery does not remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a payment is refunded, the access associated with that payment may be withdrawn, subject to those rights.
Product Accuracy
We aim to keep listings, screenshots, videos, plan prices, and setup information accurate. Previews illustrate the relevant MVP; they do not promise a downloadable source-code package. Using prompts or guides to build or deploy a system may require your own development tools, configuration, third-party accounts, API keys, or service fees. Review the listing and plan inclusions before subscribing.
Support
For account, subscription, billing, prompt, guide, or access questions, contact hello@mvpvault.app. We will use reasonable effort to help with marketplace access and delivery issues. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Read our Privacy Policy and the ACCC guidance on consumer rights.
